Berikut adalah bagian-bagian dari sistem Grounding :
Splitzen (Batang Penangkal petir), sebuah alat berbentuk tiang yang menyerap aliran listrik dari petir yang menyambar.
Konduktor (sistem pengkabelan), kabel yang digunakan sebagai penghantar aliran listrik dari Splitzen menuju ke tanah (pembumian).
